Clean Bean is a small local company dedicated to making the best quality fresh tofu, using organic soya beans and traditional techniques.

Our tofu is prepared by Neil McLennan who on return to the U.K. after living in China, was unable to find good quality tofu here, and embarked on making his own.

After starting a stall at Spitalfields Organic Market, Neil became a full-time tofu-maker. To meet the increasing demand for his tofu, He then established Clean Bean in permanent premises with SSBA at Taylor's Yard
