There is not a given time that the SSBA have empty spaces waiting to be let. Our spaces are reallocated as soon as they become available and are first offered to those already on our waiting list.
To join the waiting list you will need to fill in an application form. Once received, your details are entered on the waiting list and you will be allocated a specific number for each application.

The premises vary is size from an average minimum of about 200 Sq.ft. to an average maximum of about 1000 sq.ft. All SSBA properties are within the Spitalfields area and a walking distance from our office in Greatorex Street.
